Dear friends, get ready for a taste of the Big Apple… Starting tomorrow morning, I'll tell you about a dozen gastronomic experiences in New York. I'll try to check out as many as I can: Corton, Momofuku, Omen, China Town, Katz's, etc. - and Joe Ray is doing the same. Who knows? Maybe we'll cross paths!
