I had a feeling it would happen, and voila a real find, Nue Joe, in the Insadong neighborhood. With Sunny Ahn, Guwany Choi and Kim Mi Joung, who invited me, the meal unfolded perfectly, full of nuance, flavors and in constant balance, like this rice wrapped in a lotus leaf, hot and sweet and accompanied by grapes, onions and herbs, chestnuts and sweet potato.
All for 25 euros! You’ll stay glued to your seat in astonishment, as I was throughout the entire dinner, only shifting positions slightly like the Prada Transformer.
