Dear friends, get ready for a taste of the Big Apple… Starting tomorrow morning, I'll tell you about a dozen gastronomic experiences in New York. I'll try to check out as many as I can: Corton, Momofuku, Omen, China Town, Katz's, etc. - and Joe Ray is doing the same. Who knows? Maybe we'll cross paths! Try to eat at Babbo if you get the chance. In my opinion the best Italian restaurant in New York. And Mario Batali is an institution. I'd be interested in your impressions.
