Paris
It’s funny, but new places still regularly manage to slip into the already densely packed lineup of Parisian restaurants. There was Miroir in the 18th arrondissement, then Glou, at 101, rue Vielle du Temple.
And now there’s another to take note of : L'Entétée. A vibrant and smart bistro turning out a feminine cuisine that boasts market-bought products (like this skate salad). It’s good, and inexpensive (in the 30 euro range). My recommendation of the day. There’s a perfect table for four in the back next to the kitchen. The wine list is rather short, though.
